Know before you go
•Booked tickets are valid only for the selected date and time slot. The Lounge (Levels 152/153/154) – Platinum: 10am – 8pm (last entry 6pm)
•Guests must first collect their tickets from the At The Top main counter located on the LG Level of Dubai Mall before visiting At the Top, Burj Khalifa.
•Once tickets are collected, guests should proceed to the attraction and present the printed ticket together with the booking confirmation. Exchanged tickets cannot be replaced if lost.
•Guests are advised to arrive at least 30 minutes before the booked time. Delays may occur during peak seasons.
•Children under 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult aged 16 years or above. A parental consent form may be required. Children under 3 years old can enter free of charge.
•The average visit duration for At the Top, Burj Khalifa is approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes. Guests visiting Level 148 may enjoy the lounge for up to 30 minutes before continuing to Levels 124 and 125.
•Peak and non-peak hours vary depending on the season. Please check the available booking slots for the latest timings.
•During severe weather conditions, the attraction may temporarily close for safety reasons. Refunds will not be provided due to weather-related closures.
