Know before you go
Please note that the operational hours for the Museum of the Future will be adjusted:
From 13 March until 22 March:
First ticket slot: 9:30 AM
Last ticket slot: 6:00 PM
Lobby open: 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM
From 23 March until 30 April:
First ticket slot: 9:30 AM
Last ticket slot: 4:30 PM
Lobby open: 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM
If you have any guests booked beyond the last ticket slot, kindly inform them that they may arrive earlier and they will still be granted access to the museum. If the guests are unable to arrive earlier, we can proceed with cancelling the booking.
Tickets should be collected 15 to 30 minutes before the booked time slot. Guests coming in early/late won't be allowed entry to the museum.
The museum is open from 09:30 am until 9:00 pm. Last entry is at 7:00 PM.
Booked tickets are valid only for the specific date and time.
The nearest metro station is Emirates Towers and is a six-minute walk via a connected bridge.
Entry Tickets to the Museum of the Future are free of charge for People of Determination. When arriving at the Museum, People of Determination may also request a second Entry Ticket free of charge for one caregiver.
Please approach the Customer Service desk on arrival. Our Customer Service Team may ask for proof of eligibility, so please have documentation or ID at hand.
MOTF provides wheelchair docks in the lobby, and if you require a wheelchair while on any of the exhibition floors, please approach the staff on the floor for assistance.
Our wheelchairs are subject to availability and are free of charge.
All the facilities are accessible to wheelchair users.
